Total Fitness is the best place for the entire family workouts. There are varied group exercises to attend. The gym is huge enough that No one has to wait for any machine or weights or place, be it strength training or cardio.
I am very pleased with the accessibility of the machines at this gym. When I moved here in October 2016, I checked out all the local gyms. No gym compared to Total Fitness. I’m so glad this gym is near my work and home. Outstanding place to work out
This is the place to work out! Great atmosphere, love the women’s only area. The group classes keep me motivated and are a blast to do.
