All of our Group Fitness classes are suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers alike. Almost every class has modifications that can be implemented to accommodate each individual participating. We encourage you to try all of the classes and to never hesitate to ask our instructors for clarification and/or modifications. We are here for you, to help you on your fitness journey. Our goal is to provide you with as many tools as possible to achieve your fittest, healthiest, happiest you.
