Fit Kidz: Sports specific drills and exercises to fun music.  Ages 4-12. CV, E

HIIT: High intensity interval training is cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. CV,E, S

HI-LO: Take it up, take it down, and have a blast.  This class is great for all fitness levels. CV, E

Kickboxing: Cardio kickboxing followed!  CV, E, F, S

Spinning: Take a challenging, action packed bike ride while remaining indoors.  It’s great for beginners and advanced exercisers alike.  You control your own resistance. CV, E
